One thing that has become clear from the emails I’ve received recently is that many, MANY folks are feeling overwhelmed with too much to do in their lives.
I can certainly relate! Over the last several years, I’ve taken on way too many projects and need to drop a few myself.
And here’s why.
When we try to do too much, the quality of our work suffers and we end up not doing anything as well as we could.
Put another way, you’re more likely to get the results you want when you focus your time and attention on 1 or 2 things than if you try to do 10 at once.
Jack of all trades, master of none.
Now, this becomes CRITICAL when you stop to think about how you approach self-development and tapping into Universal Power to manifest the things you want in life. Unless you make it a priority and give it enough time, you won’t get the results you want.
One of the key points I’ve been making in this series is that while the actual manifestation work can be done in a matter of minutes (or even seconds), getting to a point where that’s possible takes a significant amount of work.
If you want to change your life, you simply MUST set aside time on a regular basis. AT LEAST 15 minutes per day. An hour per day would be much better.
Now, to be honest, I haven’t done this myself, and I would get better results if I did.
What we all need to do is to decide what activities are most important, and commit to giving them the time they deserve.
One of my commitments is to invest at least 30 minutes each day in my own personal development work.
